Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking Love & Parampara Photography & Films ("we", "our", or "us") or by using our website (loveandparampara.in), you ("the Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before finalizing your booking.
2. Booking and Payments
A non-refundable booking advance (typically 50% of the total package value) is required to secure our services for your requested dates. The remaining balance must be paid in full on or before the final day of the event. We do not begin post-production or editing until the final payment has been cleared.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
In the event of a cancellation by the Client, the booking advance is strictly non-refundable as we turn down other commissions to hold your date. If the event is rescheduled, we will accommodate the new date subject to our availability. If we are unavailable for the new date, the advance remains non-refundable.
4. Creative License and Editing
The Client acknowledges that photography and cinematography are subjective arts. We edit all final deliverables in our signature cinematic style. We do not provide raw, unedited photo files (RAWs) as they do not represent our finished standard of work, unless explicitly agreed upon in a custom contract.
5. Deliverables and Timelines
Due to the intensive editorial process required for luxury wedding films and photography, final deliverables are typically provided within 8 to 12 weeks following the event date. Teasers or highlight reels for social media may be provided earlier, subject to the agreed package.
6. Copyright and Usage
Love & Parampara Photography & Films retains the copyright to all images and videos created. The Client is granted a personal, non-commercial license to print and share the images. We reserve the right to use the content for our portfolio, website, marketing, and social media unless a prior written Non-Disclosure Agreement is executed.
